1/25/11
Breakfast: 2 egg omelet with bacon pieces and cheese, strawberries and blueberries.
*** I got sick right after breakfast and it all came up so not sure if I would count that as eating.
Lunch: Sliced up some leftover steak and then sauteed some onion and mushrooms and put it on top.
*** This plate is a small plate. After I posted the picture I realized it looks like our big plates.
Dinner: Wasn't too hungry so I just ate a salad with mixed greens, broccoli, peppers, cheese, mushrooms, and chicken. I did slip a couple of popcorn shrimp that I made for the boys. Those are not primal:)
