All or nothing
I have been doing a lot of thinking. I have been watching the new show on MTV, I used to be fat. At the very beginning of the show the trainer always goes in the fridge and throws away all the bad food. I think I am going to have to do this to be able to go primal 100% I am going to have to go through all the food and throw out anything that is not Primal. Mark does tell you to do this but I just haven't been able to do it. But I think if I do this then I will not be tempted to buy more non primal food at the store because I know I just threw away a bunch of food. Another thing I have been thinking a lot about is if I am not going to go primal 100%, then why am I doing it at all? I am not getting any of the benefits of eating primal so it is kind of stupid for me to do it 50% of the time or 75% of the time. I know that Mark says 80/20 is ok but I am not even doing that. So I think Monday I am going to go through my cabinets and get rid of all non primal food and start getting serious about this.
Today was another not so good day.
Breakfast: Scrambled eggs with ham and cheese
Lunch: Taco Bell (felt like crap after eating)
Dinner: Baked chicken with sauteed mushrooms and onions, asparagus, sauteed zucchini and peppers
