Parmesan chicken..not so good





This post is going to be short and sweet. I am still not feeling the greatest and my oldest son was up all night last night and I think I got maybe an hour of sleep.

Breakfast: Bacon and scrambled eggs

Lunch: Lettuce wrap with salami, cheese, tomato, and peppers

Dinner: Parmesan chicken and sauteed zucchini and red peppers. I got the recipe off of a primal website. It is coated in pork rinds. It was ok but I couldn't get past the fact I was eating pork rinds so I only ate a little bit. Not even worth posting the recipe.  I wasn't really that hungry anyway since I am still sick and so tired from last night.
