Primal Chili

I cheated for breakfast this morning. I surprised the boys with some pancakes.  For lunch a had a salad that had romaine lettuce, iceberg lettuce, green cabbage, baked chicken and a little bit of shredded cheese. Snack was string cheese.  And for dinner....a pot of chili. Primal, of course! Then I started going through the fridge to see if we had all the stuff to make it.  Since part of my New Year's resolution is to stick to our budget, I wanted to try not to go to the grocery store because we only have $5 left in our food budget until Friday. So my chili ended up having ground beef, onion, zucchini, diced tomatoes, jalapeno pepper, celery, garlic, black pepper and chili powder.  It turned out great! Nice and yummy:)
