Not quite there yet
Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs with diced ham and a little sprinkle of cheese (you will soon find out this is one of my favorite breakfasts and eat it almost everyday)
Lunch: Big salad with romaine, iceberg lettuce, green cabbage, bacon and a little bit of cheese.
Snack: Celery sticks
Dinner: Chipotle salmon with garlic and sauteed green beans with bacon (yes, I know, green beans are not primal. I am still not at 100% yet. I also need to stop eating cheese!)
I also cheated because I had my hubby pick me up a Mt Dew when he went to the store.
We ate a very early dinner tonight, 3:00, because I did not go to work today because we are down to one running vehicle and my husband needed it to drive to work and he has to be at work at 5:00 tonight instead of 6:00. Hopefully this will hold me over until breakfast! I am not a big snacker at night so I should be good.
**Update: 7:00 rolled around and I was getting hungry so I heated up some chicken nuggets in the oven and made a buffalo sauce to coat them it. I really need to get rid of all my non primal food in my house or I will never be at 100%
